 Returns are only accepted if item is faulty or is not as described on the website, any defects will be stated in the description section on each items along with photos of any faults.  Customers are responsible for checking items are the correct size and are in full working order befor leaving the shop.

We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Preloved Equestrian does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Shipping and Handling

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.  All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hr or 48hr depending on the amount of postage paid at check out this is dependent on the weight and size of the parcel

Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL POSTAL CHARGES ONTOP OF THE FINAL ORDER YOU WILL BE CONTACTED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PACKED AND WEIGHED WITH A TOTAL FOR THE BALANCE OF THE POSTAGE OWED ALONG WITH BANK DETAILS.  THESES ORDER WILL THEN BE DISPATCHED ONCE BALANCE OF POSTAGE FEE HAS BEEN PAID.

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments upon request.
